The paper "Difficulties of diagnosis in infectious pathology" includes clinical cases, real patients who were hospitalized in the Clinic of Infectious Diseases II Clinical Hospital of Infectious Diseases and Pneumology Dr. V. Babes Timisoara. These patients had a classical infectious pathology or signs, symptoms that were interpreted as the preserve of infectious diseases and have high positive and differential diagnostic problems. the purpose of this paper is to illustrate dificultăţi1or, "traps" diagnoses encountered in everyday life and presenting rare cases encountered in the over 30 years of medical author.
These cases are grouped by major syndromes of infectious pathology (prolonged febrile syndrome, eruptive syndrome, meningeal syndrome, diarrhea syndrome, respiratory distress syndrome, won immunodeficiency syndrome), with a general part of several pages, followed by concrete examples.
