Claudiu T. Arieşan is a classic with modern concerns, now Assoc. PhD at the Department of Classical Languages of the the same university. He published: Hermeneutics sympathetic humor. Highlights for Romanian comicologie (1999) and between smile and prayer. Cultural models of classical and the patristic comicologia (2004) - Writers' Union won awards.
