Dorcescu Eugene (Eugene Berka) born in the city of Targu-Jiu. Poet, critic, essayist and novelist. Member of the Writers Union of Romania. PhD in Philology (1978). Collaborate on Star, amphitheater, Romanian Life, Horizon, family.
