In 1990, Corina Sein-Badulescu Victoria, a member of the Writers Union of Romania, founded Excelsior Art Publishing House, the first private publishing house in Timisoara, obtaining from the Ministry of Culture Opinion No. operation. 65/1990. Excelsior Art Publishing House is a member of Romanian National Association of Publishers and is valued and recognized among publishers NURC (2000).

Therefore, strongly promoting by the text of certain value, able to spark the reader's cultural education, Excelsior Art Publishing House has reached its main gaols. .
